The 5th Congress of the China National Light Industry Council and the 8th Congress of the China Handicraft Industry Cooperative were held in Beijing on Aug 9. The meeting grandly commended enterprises and units winning the Science and Technology Award of China National Light Industry Council 2021.

The programs, "Creation and Application of Intelligent Protein Processing Technology and Equipment Based on Ultrasonic Enhancement" hosted by Professor Ma Haile, and "Key Techniques Innovation and Application of Industrial Instant Tea Powder during Deep Processing" hosted by Professor Chen Quansheng won first prizes.
